We are a center that provides training to doctors abroad in the use of robots and minimally invasive surgical techniques in cardiac surgery.
In our Cardiovascular Surgery Center, many heart surgeries have been performed with tiny incisions in the chest since 2000, and the chest wall has not been opened. So far, 1014 cases have been treated with minimally invasive heart surgery.
Group Florence Nightingale Hospitals Robotic Cardiovascular Surgery Center has been successfully performing robotic heart surgery since 2004, based on this principle.
The first robotic heart surgery was performed by Prof. Dr. Belhhan Akpinar and his team in Turkey. . .
So far, 370 robotic heart surgeries have been successfully performed in our center. Doctors coming from abroad are trained for both minimally invasive and robotic heart surgeries in our center.
